All orders $75+ shipping within the U.S. will receive FREE USPS PRIORITY/UPS GROUND SHIPPING.  All orders to be shipped within the U.S. less than $75 ships for a flat rate of $9.

DUE TO COVID-19 there may be some delays in shipping.  All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS which takes approximately 3-5 business days outside of National Holidays. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days following the transaction within store operating hours.

Please note our store operating hours are Thursday - Sunday and orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If, additional information is required you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact USPS/UPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued.

Delayed Shipping

Please be aware that once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to the holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare but relevant.

FREE Delivery is available to the Manhattan, KS area, email us to arrange pick-up location. Expect delayed delivery with this option depending on the day of order may take up to 5 business days. Please choose Store Pick-Up at checkout.

Royal Boutique is pleased to accept exchanges or store credit of any unworn clothing apparel, in perfect condition with tags attached and unworn with the exception of sale items. Sale items are non-excangeable/non-refundable.

We may from time to time run online only or event only discounts these are specific and cannot be applied later.

Notify us via email and return within 14 days of purchase: that you are returning part or all of your purchase before sending.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. B. Royal Women's Clothing Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, purchase was final sale or return request received after 14 days.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.   We will deduct the postage cost from original purchase and send you a postage-paid label to affix to your package to return products electronically.

Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.  Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with NO exchange or return policy.  We do not make exceptions to this policy.
